1. International and local shipping options:
Due to international shipping from Vietnam as well as political instability in each region and epidemic, we will coordinate to use the services of local shipping partners and multinational transport providers. to make the delivery as fast and convenient as possible.

3. Shipping costs:
Shipping cost depends on each specific item:
- For items with dimensions above 5 Kg by volume, we are forced to charge higher shipping costs.
- For orders of small size and low value, we implement the international Free Shipping policy.
- For high-value, fragile or difficult-to-transport items, we charge a shipping fee based on an international shipping partner's guaranteed assessment.
4. Payment options:
We are currently using Paypal payment gateway.
We are requesting processing with payment enabled partners so we can open more popular payment gateways.
